The whole process was managed calmly, professionally and with compassion and care. From the moment Tracey met with our terminally ill sister, our sister’s mind was put at ease. Tracey listened to what she wanted for her funeral and worked hard to bring it about. The funeral took place as advice about social distancing first emerged. This made things difficult but again Tracey responded to the changes required and ensured things went as well as they could under the circumstances.

They were then able to be flexible at very short notice in altering the plans completely, as we sadly made the decision not to continue with our original plans in light of limiting any spread of coronavirus.

From the first point of contact everything ran smoothly. We were kept fully informed of what would happen when. Staff were sympathetic and efficient.
